GDC will prepare and file all documents to facilitate an uncontested divorce or legal separation for the divorcing couple, at our clients direction, while assisting with helpful information, and guiding our clients through the procedural dissolution process, all for one affordable flat fee.  Legal representation, or legal counsel, are not necessary in an uncontested divorce, and GDC does not provide such legal services.  We focus instead on resolution based activities that assist our clients in a creating a well informed, fair and equitable agreement.


GDC Philosophy: We believe no one should have to go to court to process a divorce. We believe that there needs to be a safe place for a couple to go where they may discuss and execute a marital dissolution without being set against one another. We believe the children of divorce should be made a first priority in all divorces where children are involved.

The GDC Difference:  We perform dissolution services with integrity, efficiency and care. We specialize in keeping divorcing couples on a cooperative track by treating each party equally, with care, dignity and respect, while insisting and ensuring that the parties themselves treat each other with the same quality of considerations.
 
GDC Experience: We have been processing uncontested divorces in Sonoma County and the North-Bay regions since November of 2008. Go Divorce Clinic founder Robert Revel has been mediating and teaching conflict resolution since 1998. 

GDC can refer trusted family law attorneys who will provide non-adversarial, limited scope legal services, to our clients who wish to utilize such unrepresented legal counsel while we process their divorce.  GDC can arrange for non-attorney based mediation for divorcing couples whenever circumstances necessitate it.
